The YW-type sump pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. This series adopts a semi-open impeller with stirring blades at the extended suction edge of the impeller and cutting blades on the front cover to crush fibrous weeds during operation. Through reflux stirring and mechanical crushing, it effectively prevents clogging. The YW pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected to the bearing body and support plate via a connecting pipe, with liquid discharged through the outlet pipe. The impeller is semi-open, equipped with stirring blades at the inlet of the impeller blades, enabling it to transport media containing particles. The pump's maximum immersion depth is 10 meters. For depths exceeding 1.5 meters, a connecting shaft structure is required, with rolling bearings (grease-lubricated) installed near the connecting shaft and connected viaa coupling. The rolling bearings below the pump are mechanically sealed, isolating them from contact with the liquid. The pump shaft has sufficient rigidity to ensure balanced operation. For deep immersion operation, an additional suction pipe can be added (as specified in the contract).
The pump is mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, coal gasification plants, refineries, steel plants, mining, paper mills, cement plants, food factories, dyeing, and other industries. It is suitable for pumping thick liquids, viscous oil, oil residues, turbid liquids, mud, slurry, quicksand, and flowing sludge from urban sewage ditches, as well as fluids containing sediment or corrosive liquids. The YW pump can also be used for pumping human and animal waste in large and medium-sized biogas tanks and for discharging materials in biogas projects.
