WQ(D)-S series all-stainless steel precision-cast sewage submersible pump adopts a unique single- or double-channel impeller structure, greatly enhancing its ability to pass through debris. Depending on the product model, it can pass through fibers five times the pump's outlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump outlet diameter.
Equipped with double-end fluorine rubber mechanical seals and fluorine rubber radial O-ring seals, providing effective sealing and protection for liquids in harsh environments.
The pump casing is made of precision-cast stainless steel, making it lightweight, corrosion resistant, energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain. It can operate directly when submerged in water, eliminating the need for a pump house and reducing construction costs.
The electric pump is equipped with an overheating and overcurrent protector to prevent the motor from overheating due to overloading.
Customized options are available based on customer requirements, such as anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals, and parts for high-temperature liquids.
