WQ-SQG stainless steel cutting sewage pump adopts a stainless steel precision-cast casing, which is non-polluting and corrosion resistant, expanding its application in water supply and drainage. The impeller features a semi-open double-channel design, and the water inlet is equipped with acyclone scythe-shaped fixed base. When the impeller rotates, the edge of the blades moves counter to the scythe-shaped inlet base cover, providing efficient cutting functionality.
The designed submersible motor, with IP68 protection and F-class insulation, offers excellent cooling effects, low actual temperature rise, and extended insulation life. Motors under 7.5 kW are equipped with overload protectors to automatically cut off power during abnormal condition.
Adopts double-end fluorine rubber bellows mechanical seals, with the oil chamber filled with appropriate mechanical oil to lubricate and cool the friction surfaces of the two independent seals. This ensures reliable operation of the seals and also dissipates heat from the lower bearing and motor.
Some pumps use specially crafted cables that completely prevent water from entering the motor through tiny gaps between wires in case of cable sheath damage or cable immersion in water.
