The oil chamber uses double-sided fluorine rubber mechanical seals, while the outer chamber adopts single-sided fluorine rubber mechanical oil seals, effectively reducing seal water ingress issues caused by friction between the oil seal and the shaft.
The motor uses high-temperature wires, F-class insulation, and thermal protection devices, effectively extending the pump's service life.
According to customer requirements, it can be equipped with an agitation device. This device rotates with the motor shaft, generating strong stirring forces to suspend and discharge sediments in the sewage pool. It can also be equipped with a cutting device to shred long fibers, plastics, paper bags, straw, and other debris in sewage before discharging.
Customized options are available based on specific customer needs, such as anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals, and parts for high-temperature liquids.
