Application of QDX Small Clean Water Submersible Pump.
This series of small submersible pumps is suitable for shallow water drainage and is used for transporting clean water. Its power ranges from 0.12 to 2.2 kW or higher. QDX submersible pumps are mainly used for localized drainage, such as flood control, building construction, and purification in farms. Sometimes, the volume ratio of solid impurities in the water may be relatively high, reaching 0.1% or even 1%-2%, which places higher requirements on the wear resistance of the pump components and the mechanical seal. Small submersible pumps are also widely used for water extraction from rural wells, farmland irrigation and drainage, garden watering, and domestic water supply. They can also be used for pumping industrial water accumulation and aquaculture water.
Features of QDX Small Clean Water Submersible Pump
The small submersible pump consists of three parts: the water pump, the seal, and the motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The submersible pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and adopts a centrifugal impeller and volute structure. Double-end mechanical seals are used between the water pump and motor, and all fixed sealing points use oil resistant rubber O-rings for static sealing.
The rotating shaft of the QDX submersible pump is hard chrome plated, effectively improving the shaft's wear resistance and corrosion resistance while facilitating impeller maintenance and disassembly.
The motor is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically cut off the power supply to protect the motor in cases of phase loss, overload, or motor overheating.
