The volute, pump seat, motor seat, and impeller nut are made of cast iron, offering good corrosion resistance and easy machining. The impeller has three single-curved blades and adopts a semi-open design. Made of malleable cast iron, it has high strength, good corrosion resistance, easy machining, excellent passability, and high efficiency. To reduce weight and machining effort, the pump shaft is made of high- quality cold-drawn carbon steel round bar. The pump seat contains four skeleton oil seals and a shaft sleeve to prevent shaft wear and extend its service life. The NL series sewage slurry pump can be used vertically or inclined, requiring minimal floor space. The volute must be submerged in the working medium for operation, making it easy to start without the need for priming. The rotational direction should be clockwise when viewed from the motor's rear.
