The G-type stainless steel screw pump is a new type of internal meshing rotary volumetric pump. It features high efficiency, strong self-priming capability, and a wide range of applications. It can be used to transport various difficult-to- handle media, which is why screw pumps are often referred to as "universal pumps" abroad.
This series of pumps can transport neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gas or prone to bubble formation, high-viscosity liquids, and liquids containing fibers or solid particles.
Comparison with other pumps:
Compared to centrifugal pumps: Single-screw pumps do not require valves, and the flow rate is a stable, linear flow.
Compared to plunger pumps: Single-screw pumps have better self-priming capabilities, with a suction lift of up to 8.5 meters of water column.
Compared to diaphragm pumps: Single-screw pumps can handle mixed impurities, media containing gas and solid particles or fibers, and various corrosive substances. Compared to gear pumps: Single-screw pumps can transport high-viscosity materials.
Unlike plunger pumps, diaphragm pumps, and gear pumps, single-screw pumps can also be used for chemical dosing and metering.
